The Mangrove - Bringing Theory to Life

The Mangrove brings Theory to Life, drawing together “nature” and “nurture” through their unique backgrounds in behavioural neuroscience and personal development.

The Mangrove’s focus is with:

Young people aged between 13 and 16, nurturing their potential;
Individuals aged over 50 transitioning into retirement; and
Individuals who are 'stuck' or in a period of personal transition such as redundancy, stress, career change, financial pressures.

Specialising in practical programmes, 1-2-1 coaching, and advising the Public Sector on the applications of neuroscience to policy, The Mangrove facilitates individuals to grow, realise their potential and maintain a personal sense of independence, well-being and value throughout life.

The Mangrove are committed to empowering their clients so given a problem, challenge or crossroads they have the self-understanding, knowledge, tools and belief to take charge of the situation.

"I really enjoyed the [Mangrove] approach - pragmatic, non-judgmental and not patronising... it managed to bring theory to life."
