New Programme for Surviving Redundancy

A new initiative will provide senior level executives with focused professional knowledge and support to cope with redundancy.

The Planning for Change programme offered by The Mangrove brings together experts in employment law, finance, taxation and personal development to provide holistic advice on how to cope with the practical, emotional and financial impacts of redundancy.

The programme is targeted towards individuals who are either facing, or have just been made redundant from senior level positions, and will provide individuals with pragmatic information and expertise in identifying the best path forward for them in their personal and professional lives.

Planning for Change is a partnership between employment law specialists Barclay Taylor, financial advisors Accumulus Consulting, taxation experts Open Tax Consultancy and personal development specialists from The Mangrove.

What's included?
The programme costs £345 per person (+VAT) and includes the following:

In-depth seminar cover a comprehensive list of topics, from ensuring you attain a fair redundancy settlement – making sure the payment is structured tax efficiently and how to safeguard finances – to coping with the stresses that redundancy brings and how to prepare your next steps.
Separate one-to-one consultation sessions with experts from each organisation. These focused sessions will give individuals an opportunity to examine their personal situation in more detail. Consultations are scheduled separately with each company and must take place within 2 weeks of the seminar.

The Planning for Change Programme will take place every quarter.
